Australia Post – General Terms & Conditions

Please Note: “Express” postage refers to using Express Parcel post. This is only guaranteed express or overnight if you live in the guaranteed express area. Jed and Molly Swimwear orders are sent from post code 2480 and if you are not within the Express Post Guaranteed area, your parcel may exceed the expected “next business day” delivery. Ongoing COVID-19 restrictions may also mean next day delivery cannot be guaranteed by Australia Post.

 Should you require a Signature on Delivery, please leave a note at Checkout. This feature will incur an extra charge.

Parcel processing times in “Sales” periods can increase due to the higher demand .

If posting to Tasmania, South Australia, Northern Territory or Western Australia, expect parcels to take well over 7 business days.

We reserve the right to change our shipping costs at any time. Free Shipping will only be applied on predetermined items. Please refer to individual sale terms and conditions for full details on what is and isn’t included with our specials.

 All international orders may be subject to duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and we recommend you please check your local customs website for estimated costs. Jed and Molly Swimwear reserves the right to deduct any return costs incurred from the total return amount for orders that are refused at customs should duties and taxes be unpaid.
