Refunds & Exchange
We value each of our Jed and Molly Swimwear customers and want you to be happy with your purchase.
Jed and Molly Swimwear will accept an exchange or return 14 Days from date of purchase with the following conditions:
Item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.
Return shipping method and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend sending your return via a traceable method and retaining proof of postage until receiving confirmation that your return has been processed. Jed and Molly Swimwear cannot be held responsible for returns that are not received.
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method and you will receive notification once this has been completed. Your Bank may take 3-5 business days to process your refund.
All Sale Items are FINAL SALE.
Please use the size guide provided and if unsure send us an email and we will help determine the best size for your child.
HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN
To request an exchange or return, please email annie@jedandmollyswimwear.com.au citing your order number, the item(s) being exchanged/returned and reason(s) for returning.
Faulty Items
Jed and Molly Swimwear is handmade in Australia with care, and each item is inspected individually to ensure only the highest quality pieces are sent to you.
Whilst we hope this never happens, should you receive a faulty item or the wrong item, please contact us immediately at annie@jedandmollyswimwear.com.au or direct message on Facebook with a description of the fault and image for our review so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
All items must be returned within 14 Days from date of purchase, in its original condition, with all tags and packaging in place, and must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know the outcome. If a replacement is unavailable you have the option to select another item in stock or receive a refund.
Please note that Jed and Molly Swimwear will not refund, repair or exchange garments with damage from natural wear-and-tear or items damaged by not following the recommended garment care process.
